Personal Leave

Unlimited leave with supervisor’s permission.  ICS offers employees paid leave hours, without having to deplete vacation hours, for the purpose of attending to personal business.

Sick Leave

42 Hours per calendar year

Holidays

11 days per year.  Paid holidays granted each year for all employees. Option of another day off with pay or double pay for all essential employees that cannot not take off due to their job position requirements and duties.

FMLA

All full time ICS employees that have worked at least 12 consecutive months and have at least 1,250 hours of work during that time are eligible for leave under ICS’s FMLA program.

Disability Leave

Long Term Disability.  Cost paid in full by the company. Employees eligible on the first day of employment.  Waiting period of 90 days leave with a maximum on monthly benefit.

 Health/Major Medical Coverage

Cost shared by employee and company. Employees eligible on the first day employment. Various options available under each plan for employees, spouses and dependents. In and out of network benefits vary.

Dental

Cost shared by employee and company. Employees eligible on the first day of employment.

Prescription

Employees have a prescription plan from their first day of employment, with only $10/ $20/ $35 co-pay.

Life Insurance

$25,000 term life insurance for employee. Cost fully paid by the company.  Employees eligible on the first day of employment.

401(k)

Employees are eligible from their first day of employment to enroll in our 401K plan, and can change their contributions and fund allocation at any time.  At this time, the company does participate in a matching plan. Employees are 100% vested after 5 years.

Training Reimbursement

All employees are encouraged to better themselves through certification training.  ICS will reimburse employees for approved certification training needed to improve their job performance.

Disability Coverage

Long Term Disability.  Cost paid in full by the company. Employees eligible on the first day of employment.  Waiting period of 90 days leave with a maximum on monthly benefit. 60% of employee’s salary to a Max. of 6,000. monthly

Performance Evaluation

Employees measured on their performance and a tool used to develop a plan for employees growth for the following year.

Incentive Bonus

Employees may have the opportunity to receive a bonus to show recognition for performance up and beyond their normal required job detail. 

Service Awards

Service recognition Awards.  Employees receive service awards upon completion of years of continuous service.

Company-Sponsored Events

ICS provides its employees various company sponsored events to promote team work and camaraderie among its employees.

Relocation

Paid in the form of a bonus to help defray the cost of moving expenses. Only for those employees that fall within the company guidelines and policy.

Vacation

80 hours accrued per calendar year at start of employment. Paid days off based on number of years of service and accrued with each payroll for days worked.

Administrative Leave

Jury Duty: Time off with pay for duration of jury duty.
Bereavement: Paid leave time for death in immediate family.
Military Duty: Differential pay per year for reserve duty; as required for active duty up to 160 hours per year.
Office Closing: Executive decision to close the office.  Paid leave for all employees scheduled to work that day.
