John Marrama Chief Executive Officer/ Chief Operating Officer/Chairman
John Marrama started ICS in 1989 and has directed the company since its inception. Mr. Marrama has over 30 years of Federal industry experience both in the public sector and private industry. As CEO/COO Mr. Marrama develops, directs, manages, and oversees the strategic initiatives, financial operations and overall growth of the company. He has also started a number of other companies that have been merged or sold during his career, and has consulted for other start-up organizations bringing them into the Federal market space. Additionally, Mr. Marrama is managing partner in ICS Properties LLC which is involved in property management and investments. Mr. Marrama also sits on the board for a number of private and non-profit companies and organizations. He is also active in a number of initiatives and organizations, supporting the education and higher learning of youths and young adults.
Mr. Marrama attended Providence College for his BA in Economics and Potomac School of Law for his JD. Mr. Marrama resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mike Weber, President/Secretary
Mike Weber has been with ICS for the past 18 years. He joined the company as Vice President of Business Development in 1993 and became Executive Vice President in 1997. He has served as the company’s President since 2001. Mr. Weber is responsible for the direction, development, and management of company operations and oversees the development and implementation of strategic activities and program growth for the company. He sits on the Board of Directors and is Secretary of the Company. Before joining ICS, Mr. Weber began his career at IBM in sales and marketing. After ten years with IBM he moved to Entre’ Computers as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Weber is a graduate of Shepherd College and has two children with his wife Cindy. Mr. Weber is an avid outdoorsman and exceptional golfer, holding two Maryland State amateur titles.
Vicki Lord, Vice President of Government Programs
As Vice President of Government Programs, Vicki Lord is responsible for the overall direction, development, operations and management of all Civilian Programs for the company. Ms. Lord has served in this position since 2008. Prior to holding this position, Ms. Lord held a number of positions within the company over the last six years. Most recently she was Vice President of Technical Support Services where she oversaw the development of technical expertise within the company, and prior was Director of Information Assurance and Security Services. Ms. Lord joined ICS after 30 years within the Federal Government, holding positions that included Security Branch Chief with the Department of Justice and Chief Information Security Officer with the Department of Transportation.
Ms. Lord attended University of Maryland University College for her BS in Management Systems and is a CISSP.
Barbara Drinkrow, Vice President of Defense Programs
Barbara Drinkrow joined Integrated Communication Solutions, Inc. as Vice President of Defense Programs. Ms. Drinkrow brings more than 25 years' experience in Program, Business and Personnel Management from working for industry-leading companies such as Raytheon, Allied Signal Aerospace and Science Applications International Corporation. Ms. Drinkrow oversees the overall direction, program development and operations management of the company’s programs supporting the Department of Defense. Located in our Western Region offices in San Diego, CA, Ms. Drinkrow also supports the management of the business and personnel located within the Western Region.
Cindy Weber, Vice President of Policy, Compliance and Communication
Cindy Weber joined ICS in 1990. Before becoming Vice President of Policy, Compliance and Communication, Ms. Weber served as the Director of Human Resources and managed and supported the policy and procedures of the HR Department and the overall development of employee growth. In her current role, Ms. Weber works directly with the CEO and is responsible for all corporate communications, federal and state regulatory compliance, and the development, implementation and management of all company policies.
Ms. Weber graduated from Shepherd University with a BS in Chemistry and Biology. She now resides in Hagerstown, MD and is an active volunteer in her community, including co-founding HYHA, a youth ice hockey organization. She is the mother of two boys and loves the outdoors, the beach and people.
Ryan Gray, Vice President of Business Support
Ryan Gray has been with ICS since 2004 holding a number of positions prior to becoming the Vice President of Business Support. He served as the Director of Business Services & Logistics, Director of Intelligence Programs and was a Senior Program Manager for a major IC program for the company. As Vice President of Business Support, Mr. Gray oversees and manages the company Program Management Office and all support services for company programs. Prior to joining ICS, Mr. Gray worked with Technology Business Solutions, Inc., and Advanced Management Technology, Inc. holding a number of management and program support positions. Mr. Gray’s 20 years in government contracting and program support brings knowledge and a thorough understanding of government programs, program management performance, performance metric planning and contractual deliverables.
Mr. Gray holds a Program Management Professional certification.
Greg Beckman, Director of Finance and Controller
Greg Beckman has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. As Controller for ICS, Mr. Beckman is responsible for the corporate accounting, internal audit and financial reporting. He oversees and manages the company accounting systems and banking activities for the company. Prior to ICS he was the Chief Financial Officer for a multi-million dollar construction contractor and was with Litton, Schaffer & Co., Public Accountants, performing audit and accounting services for the firms’ clients.
He is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary University holding a BS in Accounting. Mr. Beckman is a Certified Public Accountant.
Julianne Hagan, Director of Contracts
As Director of Contracts, Julianne Hagan oversees all company contractual matters and leads, negotiates and manages all of ICS’s prime and subcontracts from inception to closeout. Ms. Hagan joined ICS in 2009 and brings over 30 years of experience to the company. She previously served as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management for a subsidiary of H&R Block, and she provided consulting services in contract management, program management and business development. Some of her contracting experience involved cutting edge technologies including manned space station studies for NASA, software development for the USAF Over-the-Horizon Radar, and scientific experiments for a DOE research facility for which Ms. Hagan instituted processes and efficiencies saving between $100,000 and $14.3 million annually. Just prior to joining ICS she was with the Defense Acquisition University where she served as Professor of Contract Management.
Ms Hagan earned her BA in Financial Management from Hood College and her MBA in Procurement and Contracting from George Washington University.
